Water Shut off Controls & Valves - T he range includes battery and mains powered PIR Controls and Shut off Valves which isolate the water supply to buildings or parts of buildings when unoccupied in accordance with BREEAM Office 2006 Credit W04
Automatic Discharge Valve prevents foul air entering buildings by replenishing the water seal in traps, gulleys and drains. The valve can also be used for preventing stagnation by regular refreshing of 'deadlegs' in unused parts of buildings.

We are happy to work with architects and mechanical designers to produce custom engineered solutions. Our experienced engineers can provide special variations of sensors, valves and functionality plus Building Management Systems interfacing, lighting controls etc.
For example we have recently worked with a client to produce a control panel which monitors a building's water usage. If the flow exceeds a preset level the water supply is shut off and a warning alarm is raised.
