Description  

The Automatic Discharge Valve type ADV-100 has been specially designed to dose a preset volume of water at regular timed intervals.

Typical applications include replenishing water seals in traps, gulleys and drains to compensate for water loss due to evaporation. Also suitable for refreshing 'dead legs' in unoccupied parts of buildings to prevent stagnation of potable water supplies.

The control is simple to install and setup with clearly marked controls to set the necessary parameters.

Specification 

Dosing Volume: internally adjustable from approximately 50ml to 2000ml (based upon valve opening time)

Dosing interval: User programmable via dipswitch from 3 hours to over 7 days in 3 hour increments

Solenoid valve: brass normally closed (fail safe), 15 mm compression fittings, 2.4mm orifice, pressure range 0 - 12 Bar with mesh filter

Manual dose: press blue pushbutton to give single dose 

Maual override mode: useful for commissioning or when a large volume of water is needed eg for initial filling of traps and gulleys

Status LED: shows open / closed status of valve and blinks during dosing interval to show timing in progress

Power: 240v ac 50Hz 10VA maximum, cable entry through stuffing gland on RHS of enclosure
