Watersavers offer a full range of options for controlling solenoid shut off valves and lighting:

PIR Switches - low cost option for controlling water and lighting 

For those installations that do not demand the advanced features and flexibility of the SOV-100 shut off valve system, Watersavers can supply a range of simple PIR switches to turn on water, lighting, heating, ventilation or air-conditioning loads when an area is occupied and switches off supplies when the area is vacated. Watersavers also supply a range of suitable solenoid valves.   

SOV-100 - full featured sanitary shut off control including BMS output

A totally flexible control system designed to isolate the water supply to buildings or parts of buildings when unoccupied - in accordance with BREEAM Office 2006 Credit W04. The SOV-100 can monitor and isolate water supplies to several areas due to it's multiple valve and PIR sensor capability. ECA Listed Product for additional tax benefits on the purchase and installation charges.

SOV-50 - battery powered water shut off control

Battery Operated Shut Off Valve with Integral PIR Sensor - turns off water supply to buildings when unoccupied -  to reduce water wastage from running taps, burst pipes etc. Ideal for holiday cottages & weekend homes, public toilets, shower blocks, village halls etc. ECA Listed Product for additional tax benefits on purchase and installation charges.
