Autosave M02
240v AC Mains Operated 15mm Urinal Flush Control with Remote PIR Sensor - the complete 'fit & forget' solution for concealed cisterns eg those fitted behind panelwork. We offer a choice of sensor options to suit different locations and include a comprehensive fitting kit.
Remote Sensors
A range remote passive infrared sensors for use with our Autosave-M02 urinal flushing control and SOV-100 shut off valve. All sensors feature a super-sensitive PIR detector with a range of 5 metres and an angle of > 100°. Supplied complete with 5m length of 3 core cable. Please contact sales department if you have any special requirements.
Solenoid Shut off Valves
A range of solenoid operated water shut off valves for isolating cold and or hot water supplies in buildings in accordance with BREEAM guidelines. These valves are typically controlled using PIR switches to shut off the water supply or supplies when the building or part of the building eg toilet area is unoccupied thus preventing potential loss of water and or water damage due to burst or leaking fittings, vandalism etc.
PIR Switches
For those installations that do not demand the advanced features and flexibility of the SOV-100 shut off valve system, Watersavers can supply a range of simple PIR switches to turn on water, lighting, heating, ventilation or air-conditioning loads when an area is occupied and switches off supplies when the area is vacated. Watersavers also supply a range of suitable solenoid valves.
SOV-100
A totally flexible control system designed to isolate the water supply to buildings or parts of buildings when unoccupied - in accordance with BREEAM Office 2006 Credit W04. The SOV-100 can monitor and isolate water supplies to several areas due to it's multiple valve and PIR sensor capability. ECA Listed Product for additional tax benefits on the purchase and installation charges.
SOV-50
Battery Operated Shut Off Valve with Integral PIR Sensor - turns off water supply to buildings when unoccupied - to reduce water wastage from running taps, burst pipes etc. Ideal for holiday cottages & weekend homes, public toilets, shower blocks, village halls etc. ECA Listed Product for additional tax benefits on purchase and installation charges.
Automatic Discharge Valve
Automatic Discharge Valve - replenishes water seals in traps, gulleys and drains, compensating for loss of water due to evaporation etc. The ADV-100 is also designed for refreshing 'deadlegs' in unoccupied parts of buildings to stop stagnation of drinking water.
Water Meters
Watersavers offer a range of multi-jet based water meters which can be used for monitoring and measuring water usage in all types of buildings. Available in sizes from 1/2" BSP to 2" BSP (15mm to 50mm) these meters feature clear easily read displays free from condensation.
Water Leak Detection System
The WLDS panel monitors the flow of water into a building and raises an alarm and optionally shuts off the supply should the flow rate exceed preset parameters. These parameters can be adjusted by the user to allow for different conditions.
