A basic system comprises one or more solenoid valves operated from a  PIR Control  

Designed in conjunction with Public Health Engineers to solve problems of dried out seals in traps & gulleys and stagnant water in 'deadlegs' - this neat control doses a fixed amount of water at regular timed intervals to ensure traps stay full and stagnant water is replenished.

Cistern Dams

Save up to 3 litres of water per flush by fitting one of these dams into a standard WC cistern.
