OM-100 Multifunction control designed to save compressed air, water, steam and other expensive commodities used in industrial and other environments. The Omnisava eliminates unnecessary waste and saves money by supplying only on demand.

Description OM-100

Designed to optimize the use of water, compressed air, steam and other costly utilities, the Omnisava responds to PIR or proximity sensors and provides just enough flow to accomplish a specific task or shuts off the flow completely when not required. A comprehensive range of control functions together with a multi-range digital timer enable the user to configure the control to suit the particular application. All types of sensor and solenoid valves can be supplied according to requirements.

PIR SENSOR: Security Industry standard, white, 12v DC with NC contact, detection range 15m, size (mm) 88h x 60w x 42d, mounting height 1.8 - 2.4m

PROXIMITY SENSOR: Diffuse optical type for sensing presence of objects, for instance, in conveyor and parts feeding systems, at distances up to 12cm, NPN output, M18 x 56mm mounting thread, with sensing led, overall length 60mm, cable length 2m, protection to IP67

SOLENOID VALVES: Brass, pilot operated suitable for water or clean compressed air, 2 way NC, BSP female thread, 24v DC coil, 6W (up to 1") 9W ( > 1"), NBR seals, supplied complete with DIN connector

Power requirements: Universal input 100-240VAC 50/60Hz
Input 1: suitable for standard 12v DC security type PIR sensors. Maximum supply current 20mA 
Input 2: accepts industry standard 24v DC optical, inductive or capacitive proximity sensor. NPN or PNP inputs with switch to select NO (normally open) or NC (normally closed) operation. Maximum supply current 50mA.
Valve Output: 24v DC 12 watts (500ma) maximum continuous load. With integral flywheel diode. 
Timing: Adjustable from 50mS to 100 hours by selecting 1 of 7 ranges plus finger / screwdriver fine control. 
Functions: Multifunction including PIR shut off, timing on make, break, make & break changes of sensor status, Direct, Set/Reset and more.
Status LEDs: Orange, Red and Green leds to show 24v supply, input (sensor) and output (valve) status. 
Test button: simulates sensor operation and verifies function during installation and commissioning.
Connections: via 45° screwless terminal blocks, maximum conductor size 1.5mm², cable entry via
3x M12 glands suitable for cable diameters 2.0 to 6.5mm.
Enclosure: Protection to IP 66 (nearest NEMA 4X) rating, size 130 x 130 x 75mm polystyrene with
transparent polycarbonate lid, fixing centres 4 x 115mm. Overall weight: 465gm.
